More and more companies are seeing attempts by outsiders to send phishing or spam mails via their domain name, damaging faith in the company and the company’s brand. False emails are an easy way to steal passwords and credit card details and gain access to user accounts. This is a growing problem for companies, impairing credibility and hindering communication by email.
Make sure the mail your company send is secure by impementing some small validation checks like DMARC and SPF. Both of these options are very easy to implement with a DNS entry.

SpamTitan Update Version 7.0
This latest release includes an update to the SpamTitan anti-virus engine now incorporating Bitdefender AV and various ClamAV updates.
This change is due to our growing strategic relationship with Bitdefender which will see continued collaboration in the future.
Clients hosted by RD: The update will have no effect on your system and you do not need to make any changes.
Clients OnPrem : The patch will appear on the list of Available Updates on the System Updates page of the SpamTitan user interface if prefetch of system updates is enabled.
If this option is disabled, then the Check for Updates Now option may be clicked on the user interface to check and download any available updates.

You get a couple email types but in short they fall into 2 categories, Those you want and those you do not want, Mails you do not want could be either someone trying to get your attention, selling something or someone would like to cause you some sort of damage. But this is still mails you do not want. To stop receiving these mails you need to add some sort of spam protection.
